Japanese wind chime. It's depicted as a glass chime with a paper strip, which is often decorated with flowers, resembling sakura.

The symbol “Wind Chime” is included in the “Celebration symbols” subblock of the “Miscellaneous Symbols and Pictographs” block and was approved as part of Unicode version 6.0 in 2010. In 2015, it was also approved as an Emoji in version 1.0 and added to the “Event” subcategory of the “Activities” category.
