Interesting symbols for nicknames can be taken from this set. To do this select the character with the mouse, copy (Ctrl+c), and then paste (Ctrl+v).

Inventing a nickname is a difficult and extremely responsible opportunity. “As you name a yacht – so it will float”. In social networks the first thing you know about the other person is his/her nickname. Suppose you are going to become the proud owner of the original nickname «Alex». And despite all its uniqueness, you want to make it even more unique.

By pressing just a couple of buttons you can add some symbols to the name: Alex_♋. You can write it in some other way: Åℓℰℵ. It is possible to write in Tamil: அடயக. Not very similar, but beautiful. You can use different symbols for nicknames if only they are supported by the font. If you want an exact correspondence, you can simplify the registration on the popular services, where most of the interesting nicknames are already occupied. Replace only one letter with a similar one. The list of fancy letters you can find here.

Hearts, arrows, stars, changed letters, Greek letters, Arabic numerals, Bengali letters, runic signs – do not shun anything. Everything can be used for a higher purpose. If you desire it, you can even turn over the letters of your nickname: xǝlɐ. And in the section «linear B» there is a real ancient icon of the deer 𐂂. Unfortunately, most fonts cannot display it.

Unicode characters are collected into the table sections and are numbered in hexadecimal numbers. You can find a specific one (if it is not in this set) writing its description or number in the line search.
